Holiday Return Policy
To provide extra peace of mind this holiday season, we’ve extended our returns period for purchases made both online and in-store. This applies to items bought between Friday, November 1, 2024, and Friday, December 13, 2024; these can be returned until Sunday, January 12, 2025, with proof of purchase. Purchases made after Friday, December 13, 2024, fall under our regular 30-day.
Online Returns to Distribution Centre
For your convenience, online gift purchases can be returned using our free. If you’re returning an international order, please use the , return fees will apply. Ensure that all items are unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them, with original packaging and all tags and labels attached. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, as we do not offer exchanges for online returns.
Online Returns to Store
US Purchases made on from Friday, November 1, 2024 to Friday, December 13, 2024 can be returned or exchanged at any John Varvatos store until Sunday, January 12, 2025, with proof of purchase. Purchases made after Friday, December 13, 2024 fall under our 30 day return policy and can also be returned in a US store.
Please bring a copy of your original order invoice and the items you wish to return to a store trading in the same currency as the original purchase. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment or the option to exchange for another item in-store.
Exclusions include: International orders, please use the International Returns portal; Outlet purchases.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in John Varvatos full-priced stores from Friday, November 1, 2024, to January 12, 2025, excluding outlet items, can be returned or exchanged. Simply bring your receipt and the unworn items back to a store (excluding outlets) trading in the same currency as the original purchase. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment or the option to exchange for another item in-store. Items purchased in cash over $100 will be returned via bank wire. Note that items purchased in-store cannot be returned by mail or through the online returns service.
Outlet Stores
Purchases made at our Outlet stores are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return. Orders placed on cannot be returned or exchanged at outlet stores.

What is your domestic return policy?
Full price and sale merchandise purchased on our site may be returned within 30 days of order shipment. Underwear, Outlet items, Gift Cards and items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to deny refund for items that do not meet our return policy requirements as well as the right to restrict or refuse future transactions through to any customer who exhibits an unreasonable return pattern.
For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund fragrances once the original packaging and cellophane wrap has been opened or the product has been used.
Refunds that meet our return policy and standards will be issued in the original form of payment, with the exception of cash refunds over $100.
Cash refunds over $100 will be credited back via bank wire. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to post to your account once they have been processed by our team.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen when returned via means other than our pre-paid UPS or FedEx service nor do we issue refunds for shipping fees incurred through the use of other carriers.

What is your international return policy?
Requesting a Return
For International returns (orders delivered outside of the USA), we are happy to share that returns are easy with Global-e. Simply click on the link below to start your return using the Global-e portal. You will be asked for your order number and email address.
You may also please email email to request a return authorization and DHL return label. Please include your order number along with details of the item(s) that you would like to return in your return request.
Return Instructions
Once your return has been initiated, you will receive an email with instructions from Global-E along with three copies of a commerical invoice, and two copies of the DHL Air Waybill for the return parcel.
Shipping Your Return
You, the customer, are responsible for either arranging the pick up of the return parcel or dropping it off at your local DHL facility. DHL will transport your parcel to Global-E’s Domestic Hub, who will then forward the package internationally to our designated returns facility.
Please note, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
